A practice of physical and emotional healing – a practice that extends beyond the realm of your mat and into your everyday life. By sharing my own practice, I hope to help you find your authentic self in body, mind, spirit, and voice. My practice generally begins with chanting, followed by a pranayama practice, vinyasa flow and a few yin postures. The practice ends with a little “bhakti” treat. Feel free to join me.
